FIRST ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY PARCEL WAS AT 8-00am.18-12-14 IT FAILED BECAUSE I AM 91 AND I WAS STILL IN BED, THERE IS A FULL INTERCOM SYSTEM ON MY FRONT DOOR AND RECORDING CCTV, NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO USE IT AND BY THE TIME I GOT TO THE DOOR YOUR VAN WAS DRIVING OFF. I BOOKED A REDELIVERY OF MY PARCEL BY USING YOUR ON LINE SYSTEM AND WAS GIVEN A REDELIVERY DATE OF 20-12-14 AND I GOT AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THIS BUT DID NOT GET MY PARCEL REDELIVERED ! STILL WAITING FOR IT ! I AM HOUSE BOUND AND HAVE NO ONE TO MAKE A COLLECTION FOR ME. THERE SEEMS TO BE A GROWING ATTITUDE IN PUBLIC SERVICES THAT IF YOU ARE OLD AND HANDICAPPED THEN VERY LITTLE ATTENTION NEED BE GIVEN AS YOU ARE A WASTE OF RESOURCES. REGRETABLY ROYAL MAIL SEEMS IN MY CASE TO HAVE JOINED THIS GROUP. .
