My appliance is insured with Electrolux, who gave me this phone number. After making the usual numbered choices on this line, I got the "all our agents are busy" message for just under 30 minutes on the afternoon of 1st Feb.

I think Service Force should pay my phone bill, and any others I may run up when I call again..
