"Dyslexic postman cannot read correct address"

A review of Royal Mail by Anonymous written on Sunday 5th of March 2017

Postman seems incapable of reading the number of a house. My neighbour and I have had numerous letters posted to the wrong number. Letters to her given to me and visa versa, even the wrong street. On 4.3.17 a really important hospital letter was delivered to 23 instead of 25. Had I been on holiday it would have been catastrophic as the hospital appointment was so important regarding cancer results and follow up treatment and she would have missed the appointment. Complaining seems to have no effect..
