"Lackey bands"

Why do the postmen/women drop there elastic bands in the streets they should be fined or sacked for littering the streets have just counted 15 in less than a minute walking tried to ring them won’t answer the fone will go on local radio tomorrow and tell them about the. bad lazy littering posties.
