"Don't bother, it's a waste of time."

In the adverts it states contact us before visiting site, one small problem with that, you cannot contact them. I've tried both numbers available, one just rang and rang and rang and rang,ad inf, the other gave me information on how to return the unpaid post inform card and promptly cut off. How on earth can you supply a service without ANY communication? it is beyond a farce it is absolutely pathetic..
