"Why do you not answer the phone ?"

A review of Royal Mail by Mrs Moore written on Wednesday 3rd of June 2015

I have called Royal Mail 4 times today and the phone has rang for some time. All I wanted was to ask if my parcel had arrived back with Royal Mail. I am very worried as this is for a wedding I am attending this Friday.
